Come on now, the gracious car fax hookup was pretty altruistic.

Not everyone. But definitely you. Im sure that's not a hard benchmark to achieve though.

You don't really strike me as someone who has set the world aflame.

Lol. Might want to fact check that.

They do come out of the woodwork. Right on que. Fan club.

Color me unimpressed by the finger pointing about "wealth". Most wont achieve any meaningful wealth. Dumb to think about.

So what’s the ideal number of pee sinks in a nice house?

The dollar general guy might have had 37 before he died.

Your pee doesn't? That sounds worse than inconvenient--like wet feet.

Of course, I'm an Orthodentist that is algebraically closed over the reals.

    How about the Euler constant?
It's pretty useful for computing continuous compounding.
    e == 1 + 1 + 1/2! + 1/3! +1/4! +... where n!==n*(n-1)*(n-2)*(n-3)...*2

Plus, it's irrational and transcendent, what better number for the TRGz?

My best friend's sister's boyfriend's brother's girlfriend heard from this guy who knows this kid who's going with a girl who saw Leonhard pass-out at 31 flavors last night. I guess it's pretty serious.

Id say mine is 20k a month before taxes. So thats 240k, and in todays world that is 8 million.

10 yrs ago that would have been 3-4 million with 7% muni's. Now is a time to buying assets, not income, so check back in another 10 yrs.

    Sad.
So ten years is sneaking up quick!! What's the update. Income from bonds etc are low but could be going up w inflation.

You probably made that just from GME trades in the last year, right? Ever considered running a fund and letting mags invest? How illegal would that be?

We skipped the 529 and bought real estate in 2006-2010. All in, even with taxes, it was a way ahead move.
