Yup everything is tight. Both skis do the same. Calling it a day on them as I don't feel safe

I think it must be the fact that they are off by a few mm and not in-line? I will try to loosen the toes and set them down again with a boot in.

Deffinetly give that a try, be rare that the boots are tweaked but not beyond possiblity. Try another pair of boots per LL just to see if you can twisted them out before you retork the toe bindings.
Tech binders are not very tolerant being out of alignment front to rear.
EDit to add, when swapping the soles its a good idea to clean both the contact areas of the shell and sole. Any dirt in there could misalign the soles and throw off the contact points with the clamps.watch out for snakes

HMMMM ! I was skiing with a bud who had a brand new Dynafit rig and he was falling out of them all the way down a blue groomer
new radicals/ new stokes/ new titans, we swapped his right for left skis and the Right ski still popped so the problem stayed with the right titan
i will have to check with him
