The tape down the middle just marks the center?

PSA: Mount your own fucking skis.

Can anyone with both the BF stepped drill bit and the BF centering guide block confirm how “tight” the drill bit is to the block?

Was gonna use a local sourced F drill bit, but not loving the amount of play allowed it using the BF guide block. Might just order up the BF bit if tolerances are much tighter.

Had the same issue with the new gigarex. I used a drill bit that fit the hole tight in place of a punch then free drilled the hole with my screw hole bit. I just slightly tagged it with the big bit to mark it

Lay the tape down, find center in three spots and connect them all with a long ruler laying down a center line for the paper templates. Tape those puppy’s down and mark with a center punch.

Quick tip that I stumble across. Use more than one sheet or paper or card stock. The punches then “sit” in the center holes much easier if your using the same temple multiple times.

Oh, and this works well for finding the center:

Any ideas on hole conflicts between the Radical 2 and Alpinist? I want to take mine off for something lighter. I've had a play around with some templates, and seems could be problems with the toes, although heels should work nicely. Same bsl.

Beauty looking setup! Looks like tectons on a veneer rx? Or is that an mvp? Wondering how that graphic would look in veneer. Id like to eventually replace my old stock gpo with a heavy core veneer in the od graphic or maybe that new graphic now

Its called a Combination Square. They only come with one slider. But you can but them for less than $15, so buy 2 pull the slider off of one and make a double.
