Shocked honestly. Explosivs but better due to slightly slimmer dems and softer tips?? Tails fully there to rocket you into the next turn but could also release them with ease. I did not expect what I experienced today. I am gitty to let em run again tomorrow.

Mounted a friend's Katanas last week after an allegedly reputable local shop mounted exactly how he told them not to mount and then proceeded to give him lip when he questioned them. Lesson learned by him: mount your own fucking skis. And fuck that shop.

Then mounted my own fucking skis yesterday. Destroyed an Explosiv last week having owned them since 2012. The pain was very real but their replacements have me pretty stoked. Fresh snow incoming this week but will get out on these when we're back to shit/spring snow.

I get lots of comments on the boots.
24-25 years of tele left my Salomon Equipe 9.0 Racing's in pristine shape. I put my Scarpa spec intuition overlaps into them. Gonna ski em into the dirt. Have Krypton's awaiting Sallie failure. I actually mounted the SG's for the Krypton's. BSL's are within a couple mm's

I remember throwing a pair of those in the dumpster after one season, my feet hated them and my feet and ski boots usually get along with each other

Looking hawt with the blue STH14s IMHO. Mounted at -1 cm from TC like today’s progressive freestyle snowblades should be, of course

Haha!!! If I’m skiing those in more than a foot of pow, please feel free to slap some sense into me.

On a serious note though, I couldn’t nosebutter those blades, no way no how. They are the stiffest boards in my quiver of 10 pairs, no doubt.

I've got a pair of Kastle FX85 181cm and mounting some Tyrolia Attack2 13 GW.

The only thing it says on the ski is 4.1 drill bit, nothing about the depth. Can anyone that's mounted Kastles before comment on the drill depth? Assuming it's standard 9mm but want to make sure.

ON3P spring sale skis. Brought these on a work trip and mounted them in the hotel room tonight. Can't wait to hit the volcano with em.

    2019 ON3P Kartel 108, 191cm, with Look Pivot 14 WTR

Did a couple of test mounts and ended up using the Binding Freedom template for greater accuracy of BSL and BCL.
