I'd consider a special run of inserts without the threads, so that they are more like holes on the inside.

Or you can learn from the accessorizing an accessory to an accessory of an accessory business model and make color Binding Freedom screw-in plugs, ie:

Then next year come out with little screw drivers and a plug, screw and threadlocker pouch with a carabiner.

I want to know why your shop isn't filling with bondo or epoxy, sanding, painting, clearcoating and then buffing to blend the clear with the rest of the ski. My shop does this and only charges $50 per hole, a bargain.

I want to know why there's so many fucking holes in those non metal skis and why are some of those holes way to close to other holes? And who previously mounted them? Looks like someone only measured once or not at all. And who cares if different color plugs are used on those skis when a binding is more than likely going to cover them up anyway? The colors of those skis kinda look like someone puked on them anyway.

    Lots of questions I know.

This is why I always like to supervise the insertion of anything into my holes. Did a remount on some skis I got from Neil (and Leavenworth before him) last year. It's clear they took great care of each others' holes. Looks like all 3 of us used the same holes in the back, so those didn't need to be plugged (thankfully). Neil's size meant the front holes couldn't be re-used permanently by someone of my size, but I was fortunately able plug them with my own material. Despite repeated pounding, all holes have remained tight. Couldn't ask for more from an old ski.

I need to go to Utah.
    Utah?
Yeah, Utah. It's wedged in between Wyoming and Nevada. You've seen pictures of it, right?

So after 15 years we finally made it to Utah.....

Thanks BCSAR and POWMOW Ski Patrol for rescues

Please show signed consent forms from the plugs, the skis, the shop, and the shop tech involved.

Otherwise this obscene photo has no business being posted on TGR.

Yeah those could possibly be classified as "snuff" in industry terminology.

I actually drilled Neil's holes, he stood back and watched. I offered, but he said, no you do it, I'm not ready yet.

We're going to need Doug's written consent for posting pics of his holes on this forum.
