Barons are sm, trying not to seperate since figure most people won't want to drill/mount a third time, I usually stop at two. but make me an offer
Variant is in good shape,used typical scratches/little dings but no major impacts. would do 70 shipped.
Kayak is in basalt, co, would meet within 3 hours, could talk shipping, gets pricy!

I'm interested in those Scarpa's... my bro has been riding the same old Scarpa's for the past 2 seasons and the shells are cracked, so snow gets in every turn he makes. He puts his liners in Safeway plastic bags before inserting into the shells... it's pretty hilarious!
