    PSA

Dont bring 45 pounds of gummies to Nashville in your checked baggage. https://www.wkrn.com/news/crime-trac...ort/1781340700

A handwritten note was also discovered inside the bag and it read "Not 4 sale personal only," police said.
    Seems legit.

Smart guy. If it was over 50 pounds, he would have paid a penalty.

Maggot Puma showed me his over Xmas. He learned of it from NoPostholio.
They seem to come highly rated, although stoner reviewers on the interwebz seem to like everything they touch. Word is Aristech does a huge business as an OEM.
    Dimensions about 1.5x3x1/2" thick.
Pretty cheap - $46.97 delivered on Amazon (not Prime).
    Ceramic bowl, only for flower.
Heats up fast, controllable temps in both C and F. Flashes while heating up, constant light when at temp - much easier to read than G-pen in the sunlight
Battery life seems good. I'm getting 7-8 full vape cycles (to auto-shutoff) in one charge
Bowl is kind of small compared to my old G-pen but I'm convinced from experience thus far that I can load enough to keep four people baked for six hours.
Must wait until Monday to test in snow/cold. Stay tuned.

    https://www.amazon.com/Ariasource-Sm...kiva+vaporizer

Update - Monday test with jonesy and gepmeow found excellent battery life, tasty pulls and easy handling with gloves in temps of 15F. Thumbs up
Thanks for the feedback. I just found one for $41 shipped, so I figured I'd give it a go.

    Employment Discrimination Claims

    Whitmire v. Walmart Stores Inc., No.17-08108 (D. Ariz. Feb. 7, 2019)

    Arizona Medical Marijuana Act (AMMA) provides a private right of action for employment discrimination;
Suspending and terminating an employee who is a registered qualifying patient under AMMA solely based on a positive drug screen, without any evidence that employee used, possessed or was impaired by marijuana at work, constitutes discrimination in violation of A.R.S. § 36-2813(B)(2) of the AMMA.

    2018 Farm Bill Protections

Big Sky Scientific LLC v. Idaho State Police, No. 19-00040
    (D. Idaho Feb. 2, 2019)

Hemp processor is not entitled to TRO and preliminary injunction seeking to enjoin state police from violating 2018 Farm Bill and the return of its hemp where questions existed as to whether the transported hemp is "hemp" under the 2018 Farm Bill.
2018 Farm Bill sets forth procedures for states and the US Ag. Dept. to establish hemp plans and oversight thereof, and none of those processes have yet taken place.
Despite transported hemp being certified under a state's current hemp program, it may not be entitled to 2018 Farm Bill's transport and commerce protections because the state's hemp plan has yet to be established and approved as required by the 2018 Farm Bill.

    State Program Challenges

Trulieve v. Florida DOH, No. 2018CA698 (Fla. Cir. Ct. Feb. 1, 2019)

Regional and statewide statutory cap in the 2017 Florida statute on the number of dispensary locations is inconsistent with the uncapped, limitless number of dispensaries provided in the Florida Medical Marijuana Constitutional Amendment.
The cap deprives a medical marijuana treatment center of property and liberty rights protected under Florida's constitution.

Growers who have switched over to LED's, any recommendations? Is the heat they generate manageable?

Isn’t lack of heat one of the major benefits to LED [besides more broad spectrum]? That’s my experience

Maybe he's thinking halogen lights - those suckers get hot!

LEDs Maintain a Relatively Low Temperature. LED light bulbs might be hot to the touch, but they are nowhere near as hot as CFL, halogen or incandescent bulbs. ... Furthermore, LEDs do not generate heat as infrared radiation like incandescent bulbs.

Most of the heat load from an LED light comes from the power supply/driver. Get that away from the grow area and heat load is low.

I have one 500w flower light in an 8sqft tent, with driver 6’ away, and ghetto air circulation system. Temp inside tent at full power is ~10F higher than outside. LEDs are warm but not hot to touch.

YMMV depending on the light and wattage.

My LEDS have fans in them that keep them cool. They don't generate much heat. When I run HSP lights, I have a swamp cooler into my room and a roof vent to take the heat out.

So I lost wallet this past weekend.

Total mystery where it went. I had it minutes before going home from hockey rink and it was gone the next morning.

I had the rink looking at security footage of me closing my tab to see if I left it on the bar. I wasn't even drunk...couldn't figure it out

    Until now....

I don't know if I like that study. Seems like a lot of burnouts, given the representation of 50-60yo men vs average income. That's typically prime of earning powers.
