Utter b.s. hit piece on the infants death. It's a highly screwed article and leaves out to much information. Look into who's behind the article [follow the money trail] and the infants previous health history.

California releases long-awaited cannabis regulations, will allow huge farms
There will be no cannabis cappuccinos or drone deliveries in California under the new pot rules state officials released Thursday that regulate everything from who can legally sell and deliver marijuana to how it must be packaged and transported.
The rules released by three licensing agencies — the Department of Health, Department of Food and Agriculture and the Bureau of Cannabis Control — offer the first glimpse of the future in which pot is legal throughout California.
California releases long-awaited cannabis regulations, will allow huge farms
Big farms will continue to thrive in Mendocino and Monterey. Small delivery services will finally operate legally. Pot won’t be transported in self-driving cars or on bicycles, and it isn’t allowed in strip clubs.
Those guidelines come amid mass confusion among cities that haven’t put together their own regulations for the sale of recreational marijuana, which will be legal Jan. 1.

Wonder if the announced or expected heavy taxes will ever be reduced.
Cant wait to see what the rec pricing will be.
CA is a tourist mecca. Out of state ID accepted?
Or excepted?
Seeds- clones? How much can quantity can i buy ?
Everything pre-packaged is a big change.

Yes, about time.
On the fence if I should still get a medical card or not.
Supposed to save on taxes if it's for medical use.
Hopefully pot plants use less water than almond plants.
Switch out the crops.

So from what I gather the license is no problem. The catch is where to sell it.

The Sacramento, California, police department plans to ask the City Council this week for an additional $850,000 in funding to continue a crackdown on its marijuana industry through the first six months of 2018.
According to the Sacramento Bee, California’s capital city began its months-long crusade in August, including a 60-day citywide sweep by the SWAT team that resulted in the seizure of 5,000 illegal cannabis plants, 10 arrests, millions of dollars in fines and 600 grow operations shuttered.
The crackdown comes in advance of the Jan. 1 launch of California’s recreational marijuana market.
Countering illegal operations and the black market has been a big question mark in the state, with some localities giving the issue little thought and others taking the matter seriously.
Sacramento, it appears, is taking the matter seriously.
The city sent out 959 warning letters to suspected illegal grow operations, the newspaper reported, and of those, 614 were closed down after police visited to inspect the premises.
Local officials have also issued $6.8 million in fines, served 12 search warrants and seized $15,000 in cash.
