d8 is cool
whats sold as d8 is rarely d8 and is a lot less cool...

d8 is made by mixing cbd and an acid
the result is d8, d9, and some other shit
this then has to be processed into the good shit and the bad shit, then sent out for testing
the labs are incentivized to find good shit, and not find bad shit
they also dont know how to tell d8 and d9 apart very well, the science just doesnt exist yet for these small labs to do so in a cost effective way
so the result is who knows what ends up in this new "d8", and in MANY MANY cases it includes some nasty shit

its also illegal for non thc legal states imo, and does a lot of damage to cannabis activism for the future, but thats certainly debated

what isnt debated, is that whats sold as d8 is very likely not well represented by whats on the package, and includes things that may be quite unhealthy

my advice is absolutely avoid it for vaping, be careful with edibles and only buy from brands with actual coa's that match the product, and do not assume it wont show up on a drug test or is legal in a non legal state

oh and d8 flower is fucking bullshit, its shit cbd flower with d8 disty sprayed on it, fucking snake oil salesman tactics, fuck them and fuck what these companies are doing to cannabis industry

Yeah, but the problem with coas is they could have been from a good batch. I don't know much about d8 other than there's a lot of talk aout regulating it. But from what you said it sounds like they can't flash off the shit used in processing and sell it dirty, so, yeah, regulate it. I hate that now that its legal people think its OK to put that kind of shit out there.

Extraction via liquid chromatography solves these issues. “Crashing” any cannabinoid via pentane,hexane, etc is the suckath IMO.

Central, took about 2 weeks. This is from the earlier one that just went in jars. And the Durban Poison outdoor still has a while to go

Are you pointing air at that plant while it dries? In Humboldt there was no way we could do that without getting mildew.

This just keeps getting harder... I got turned down for a med card and don't know anybody that sells anymore. This means having to go to Massachusetts and spend between $70-80 an 1/8 plus ~3 hours of driving and another $35 in gas. This sux I just want to put up a Fb post asking who I know locally that still sells but that doesn't seem like a good idea.
