Vintage Dynamic VR-17 wanted for ME Ski Museum
Trying to locate Dynamic VR-17 200cm(+) SL for the Maine Ski Museum. Looking for 1968/69 vintage. For those not old enough to have seen a pair, they have rubber bumpers on the tails to protect the skis. It would be great if they had Look Nevada bindings too. Check the attics and basements, under the stairs or maybe the chalet is ready for a new decor and you can donate the pair your parents hung on the wall. Someone stole mine in 1972 or I would still have them. Any leads much appreciated.

I assume you know this, but with google, you can create a universal craigslist.org site-wide search and leave it running. Somewhere there will be a gaper who lists those skis under a title like "stop renting your skis - save money" - seriously - I see shit like that on CL all the time.

In any case, if you're ever really in this situation make sure you at least bargain in a couple of fluffers.

I might have a lead later today.
I had three pairs of VR27s myself during my Atomic days.
(oops, saw the 68-69 vintage. NOT those)

I'll take them if they're not good enough for the MSM.
