Deep turns, not really, they were very good though.

Went out to hit up Montezuma Basin yesterday. Was able to drive up into the basin past tree line making the skin up not to bad. Ran into one other person up there who made it a little farther up the road then me. The snow had been blown around quite a bit but the skiing was still great. I just need to get over the lingering effects of this cold/flu so I have more energy.

Made a simple edit of the video I shot yesterday. Sorry for the overuse of POV footage.

The jeep footage was the best. Looked scary.

Were you wearing a bike helmet?

That's solid stoke for this time of year. Jeep and ski stoke! Nicely done!

No, it is the Giro G10 I believe.

The Drive can be sketchy you just have to be very aware of everything that is happening. In the last clip driving up if you look for it you can see the tires are spinning and then the whole Jeep slides perfectly sideways about a foot towards the edge of the road. There is a little pucker factor when that kind of thing happens.

Was up there yesterday with a couple of other guys.
Beautiful day and nice to be on skis but a bit of windcrust forming that made the skiing interesting.

Pics and vid to come but in the meantime if anyone else up there finds a tire chain please PM me - we threw one off somewhere between the river crossing and Mace hut area and didn't spot it on the way back down.

    Nice work again!

I'm all mounted up finally, maybe I'll be able to ACTUALLY ski again on Saturday.
