Anybody heard from MR? Are they still planning to ship sometime this month or is production behind schedule? Not in a huge rush, but I'm excited!

auv-I talked to Ben when I placed an order last week and he mentioned they were building them now. He said the blackjacks were "top priority" and should be done in a few weeks. Stoked to get mine sometime soon; thanks again otto for setting this up.

I got mine on Monday as well. Planning to post a review soon (when I have time), but I'm pretty stoked on the fit, balance, and overall pack design.

Mine showed up promptly on the 6th. Fiddled around with it all week and then finally got the nerve up to pull the cord this weekend. If you have kids it is worth the price of a refill just for them to see the pillow blow up.

Pack itself is great. Despite the volume, and even fully stuffed, it stays fairly slim in profile. Sturdy and stable carry, of course. Want to trim a bit of extra webbing here and there but can't bring myself to defile such nice piece of gear just yet. Good instructions included on fit, maintenance, etc, though there are a few features I've not quite figured out yet.

Honest question...and if the MR guys want to chime in here...how many people are really going to wear the crotch strap?

Now to try to find a sideways opening ICU to turn it into an on slope camera pack for a small amount of camera gear and I will be all set.
