Skied Ptarmigan ridge yesterday, best run of the year.

Absolutely endless pow in the sun with great people. March has delivered once again.

No action shots but a great Saturday at Mission Ridge. Fun times riding with a good friend, some old buddies and new friends. We hit Mission Peaks, Bomber Chutes, Bowl 4 and lots of great line in between. Considering it hadn't snowed since Thursday night it was amazing to find some fresh turns. Apologies for the iPhone pics-

    Hey Aaron,

What you got going on for a work/ski routine? Could work, although the article is really focused on day-jobbers. Lemme know all the same (preferably in PM so I get it in my e-mail)

    Thanks,

    Ryan

Looks like it got pretty good up high! Really glad to see I didn't ruin your day with my weak bullshit. Almost wish I would have continued going, but my knee is thanking me now after yelling at me yesterday.

Sweet! Thanks. Any Mags planning on being in the area? First time there and would be great to connect for some laps while I'm training for Alaska.

Skiing Jackson tomorrow and then heading up to Baker till Saturday. I should make it for skiing on Wednesday. Would love to hook up with some mags. Shoot me a pm and we can hook up. I'll hook up beers at the bar for local knowledge.

i also am training for alaska and have been told bend is a great base camp area for trips to mount bachelor. kinda waiting for winter to end in the central cascades before heading south for spring.
next week appears to be a wintery mix with times of heavy precipitation above 3,000 ft.
    reset?

if you weren't skiing deep stable powder this weekend, you weren't doing it right.

skied this twice and ended up with an extra 1,500 foot climb to end the day at 7k of fall line north facing pow.

Z-bo - where is that? I can't quite put my finger on it. Feel like I should know where that is, which means it's going to be a <smack forehead> "Oh yeah!" kinda moment if you spill it.
