Something a little different. The NCAA swimming and diving championship meet was in the Seattle area this weekend, so I went down and watched. This is a panorama of the pool just before the start of finals on Saturday. The final heat of the 1650 free is set to start behind the blocks.

Top of Mount Webster looking across Crawford Notch.

I need to start locking in the white balance on these things and also get a camera that doesn't have such horrendous barrel distortion.

Wow...is this near Red Canyon by Bryce Canyon? I only randomly spent a night car-camping near there and didn't realize so much cool stuff was outside of Bryce as I would have loved to explore that area more.

Grand Teton National Park at dusk:

During the early morning - the circular polarizer I had one caused a little more contrast than I was hoping in the sky at the hard right angle. I suppose I should have taken it off for this shot.

Some minor stitching problems with this one, but a nice view all the same.

I took this photo while out on a surf trip. About 14 individual frames were taken with my 200mm; full size this pano is about 30 feet long...if I decided to print at full resolution.

I'm a terrible photographer but I thought I'd share some panoramic pics I took this Summer.
I hope to take some shots like you guys someday.

    Thanks for all the inspiration.
