Anybody have a good elk jerky recipe?
I have a hunk in the freezer. The labels are all messed up so I don't even know what cut, but it's about right size for slicing. I could stop by the Bass Pro on the way home and get a pre-made, but would prefer a homemade cure. This will go in a smoker.
