SILVERTHORNE, Colo. (AP) — The owner of a Silverthorne medical marijuana dispensary is promising to clean up odors after other tenants complained to the Silverthorne Town Council.
High Country Healing owner Nick Brown says he’s taking strides to remedy the marijuana odor. He says the smell has gotten worse in the last two months and he has hired an engineer to correct the problem.
According to the Summit Daily News, cultivation of marijuana is only permitted when the businesses are equipped with a ventilation system that filters out the odors of the marijuana so it is not detectable outside the business.Forum Cross Pollinator, gratuitously strident

The tv in my camper won't run off the batteries, so I have to use the generator when I'm in the backcountry and it takes away from the immersion I usually get from the surround sound. Drives me nuts.

My company buys a cake for everyones birthday. Today there was another birthday and I was trying to eat healthy, but it was turtle cake. How the fuck am I supposed to refuse turtle cake!?! Peanut butter mouse, caramel, chocolate and almonds, cmon.

I bought so many packages over the internet this week that I don't know if they all came. If any combination of them never showed up, I'm sure it wouldn't matter at all, but it bugs me that Im too lazy to figure out if they are all here or not.

Whole Foods was out of wild caught salmon. I couldn't bring myself to get the farm-raised so I went with halibut instead.

My 2yo daughter points at the computer and says; "Papa, abc's."
iTunes takes a few seconds to load so she yells the alphabet at the top of her lungs until it loads and she can just sing along like a normal kid. It's her way of saying "Hurry the fuck up, iTunes!"

The water main for our office was cut last week. We went nearly two hours with no access to fresh water. If not for the free soda in the fridge, we surely would have perished.
