Growing up in the 70's with Columbo and never realized he had a glass eye (sans internet) - just thought he was some squinty, un-deterrable detective without a sense for action. At the time the Saturday primetime was the hype of the firebird, big gun and long coat . . . but today I toast to many a weekend afternoon spent with Mr. Falk knowing better. RIP Sir!
