Solitair looks beautiful and Facets of Winter intrigues me. I guess I'm getting older but the same old ski porn stuff is not what I'm really into anymore. I agree with Hot Tate, more slow mo heli shots, maybe a whole video of em and maybe throw in some interview commentary about how skiing powder is just like flying.

Which one has the shortest (preferably no) park segment? That's the one I'll watch. Actually, all I ask for is no rail segment.
That said, the Matchstick, Sweetgrass and the Sherpas trailers both look awesome (ignoring the faux-environmental message of the latter).Last edited by AlexC; 08-07-2011 at 07:40 PM.

This trailer is seriously weird and awesome. Reminds me a bit of the Teddy Bear Crisis (which is a good thing)

Oh man, my fav euro rider (xav) +about my fav snowboarder ever (JJ) and the man that has produced THE fucking sounds for my generation...whoo.
Pity that the stream is a bit laggy and the clip feels like a raw cut, hopefully they get their shit together and makes it a bit tighter. My fav of the year.

there's nothing wrong with vimeo. for the one that doesn't exist you are using the old style vimeo tags and the entire url for the video. if you use the old tags (recommended) you just need the video id number at the end of the url, not the whole url. with the second video you used the new video tags with the whole url, which is ok, but means we have to go to vimeo to watch it full screen. capische?

thanks for that.
i gotta say the words in the revelations article were awesome.
It is a twisted version of fun when you are trying to make careful turns above big exposure om marginal snow. It is more fun to have done it than to be doing it. Somehow that raw vulnerability morphs from 'terrifying' to 'terrifyingly awesome' in the road-grimed rear view mirror of hindsightpowdork.com - new and improved, with 20% more dork.
