"I'm thinking $875 for the entire extra value package. I'm in Northern Colorado." It was just up and left from Carmen, maybe not the best formatting.

Is there any adjustment in the adapter plates? What is the adjustment range like when the Dynafits are on? I'd totally dig this setup, but my alpine bsl is 320, and my touring boots are 335...

The plates themselves do not adjust. The adjustment range on Dynafit Speeds is only about 6mm which is basically just to accommodate mounting error and tune the heel pin gap. Dynafit Verticals (pictured on the skis but not included) have 26mm adjustment which is still not enough for that 335mm boot sole. You'd have to remount either the toes or heels (four screws each). I guess the big question is do your alpine bindings adjust down enough to accommodate mounting the plate for 335 if you're going to use the Speeds?

you'd be best off remounting the plates. You could mount the toes 14mm forward and the heels 14mm back, and you'd be good to go.
