    Review: 2011/2012 Black Diamond Amp - (I mean, Amperage)

    So the BD Amp got a name change - it's now the Amperage - thanks to some copyright / licensing issue.

    I think they should have renamed it The Cease & Desist Amp, but whatever.

    It's a fun ski that is very good in powder and tight trees, really good on groomers, good in bumps, and not so good on steeps and in chop.

    To me, it felt very much like a better S7, though with a tail that reminded me a little too much of the S7. You can check out the full review here:

    Havent skied em, but they do look like a lot of fun. I saw the collinsons using them a lot this year at Snowbird.
