Buy my house in Logan, Utah! 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, awesome mountain views.
My house is for sale:

The east property boundary is the Cache National forest, with ample opportunities for skiing, climbing, dirt-biking, etc.
Jenn-Air stainless steel appliances, Brazillian Cherry hardwood floors throughout main floor and master bedroom. Travertine in the living room. Gas wood-burning fireplace.
That's a private man-deck with amazing views of Cache Valley and panoramic views from Snowbasin in the south to Idaho in the north.
The wall is recessed to contain the flat-panel mount, allowing the TV to mount very flat to the wall. The TV mount articulates so you can pull the TV out from the wall and then turn it 40-50 degrees in either direction. There a 4" PVC pipe that runs from behind the TV to the AV cabinet for all your cables. The recess behind the TV is big enough to hold a PC or a laptop.

It is a great deal on a great house. I'll miss my perfect Man-Den.
I should also mention that this house is within a half mile of Logan Canyon, Utah State University, and Cache Valley Hospital.

How come the listing doesn't mention that it borders national forest? It definitely should.
Also, what sort of realtor classifies that house as a "rambler"? Wait...don't answer that, I know: the same kind that photoshops their photo in front of some pine trees. LAWLZ.
Anyways, good luck, looks like a cool place.

Very cool place. Great location for Logan. Did you sell your business or are you expanding to Seattle?

Wow, if your house could take a dump, that dump would be my house. And I paid 500k for that dump. So sad.

Nice place overall, I'd have to junk that wood in the kitchen though. If Utah could satisfy what I want, I'd take it.
Get ready for some sticker shock here though. That finished square footage on a 5k sq ft lot in N. Seattle would go for 700k and above.
