I had this really awesome composition of an old fence with wildflowers and other allergens in full bloom all ready to go and this stupid fox got in the way.

Thanks for the compliment. The purple one is an Allium. I don't know the exact name of the Fern or the B&W one (it was Red).

I was actually trying to get photos of barn swallows zipping around but kept blowing the focus on the birds. What was left was either grass or kelp, so... lemonade out of lemons.
There were a bunch of killer whales just north of me but they were a little out of range of the 70-200. Alas.Putting the "core" in corporate, one turn at a time.

It's been a crazy couple weeks.
I went from 95 degrees in South Texas.
Then, back home to the endless winter. (coming to an end as I type this)
Where these are the the only flowers that are blooming.
Some good entries in this one. Especially diggin Dromond's fern shot and Hop's fox in the flowers.
