Horrible news. I was lucky enough to spend a day in the mountains with him. Seamed like he really loved to get after it. Not to mention how nice a guy he was. The one time we skied together we picked him up at the bottom of Superior after he laid down some first tracks and then went on to smoke all of us on the skin track up to Thunder Ridge. RIP man.

Thoughts ad prayers to friends and family. Frightening how barely visible the entrance to the crevasse is...

Jbski was just telling me how dangerous Ranier is right now with the all the late season snow they've been having, and how they might not be able to go for it. Sorry to hear that it claimed what sounds like a truly good dude. Terrible news. Mucho vibes to his friends and family.

One of my favorite ski partners and a close friend. Tucker had a totally unique sense of humor and a strong conscience. I just concluded a long week of skiing with him and a few other guys in the Sierra. It's very tough to know how to feel in a situation like this.

Tucker was a great guy! This is such a loss for the community at Alta. He was kind and friendly to everyone. The only consolation is that he was living life to the fullest and went doing what he loved.
You will be missed TJ

Such terrible news. I feel grateful that I knew tucker while working at the A-Lodge. Awful news for skiers everywhere but especially for the close knit Alta community. RIP Tucker Fabulous. As the Mayor used to say, Peace and Powder snow.
P.S. - CC, hope you are doing ok with this. I'll be in touch.
