CCleaner can fuck on off for being hacked.

WinDirStat + built in cleanup tools.

All you need really, unless you have a spinny HD, in which case you're a horrible person living a half life.

I know CCleaner, which can be used as a tool to clean up computer. But the free version didn't work for me (Windows 10 computer).
    I value it more: https://www.safewiper.com/

Cc cleaner worked on my old as desktop. There's also a bunch of settings in the control panel you can update to make it a little zippier. Disable animations and shit....

Best thing to do is save off all important files, make list of important required software (and secure install files keys etc) and wipe, reinstall from scratch. This ccleaner and related crap works a bit, but you’re essentially allowing spyware to access your data. Some people dont care about that tho...

    - look at all programs installed(thru control panel) and uninstall what you don't want or recognize
    - spyware/malware/virus cleanup as mentioned
    - delete temp files and anything else you don't want - use disk cleanup tools.
    - run the disk defragmentation tool that comes with XP.

Just a warning you should NOT defrag a SSD.. it will reduce the lifespan of the drive.
