Lakeville did not belong on the same rink as EP, it was like watching the JV play varsity. The section they came out of is absolutely brutal so get used to seeing them in the tourney for a while. Eagan looked very strong and beat a good Moorehead team, huge win for Eagan and their program. Fuck Edina. East should have lost to WBL, very well played game. The HS hockey tourney is rad, it was better than xmas for me back in the day.

Eveleth is not there, Hibbing is and they won game one. They play game 2 today.
East. got out played last half of the third and the OT. WBL got robbed several time in the OT. Nice winning goal though.

Haven't watched it since I was a few years out of high school but my class in Cottage Grove (1991) that I used to compete with won it that year. I quit hockey in bantams.

Nothing against UAA, but I never thought I would see the day when the Gophers had their backs against the wall against UAA to get into the Final Five. Lucia needs to go, unless that means his kid will not be a Gopher, then maybe he can stay. Mario Lucia is VERY good.

I don't know if you ever saw your assistant coach as a head coach, but that team was sooooo bad... UAA could still finish the season at .500 its a long shot, but it could happen. The Gophers sure have talent, but UAA has balls (I wouldn't dive into a fucking slapshop)

Game on. #1 East wins 4-1 last night in AA. Hermantown #1 in single A plays tonight, but no TV coverage because they are covering WCHA woman's hockey. Hermantown remains undefeated at 28-0 with a win tonight 4-0. Fuck these kids are good.
