    Sir Elton JONG

    I'm goin' in.

He is playing to a sold out show tonight at the Maui Arts and Cultural Center, the Macc.

I was not planning on it but a ticket came my way and it will be the usuall festival of babes. I will carry the iphone and see if I can rustle up a TR.

I don't have him on my ipod or anything but man he wrote some songs.

Again, the babefest alone will be worth it.

They redid the outdoor stage and were trying for a big act there to christen it. Santana was the 1st show ever so I hope he would do it.

Elton sold it out in one day and they added a 2cd night tomorrow.

PS- saw the Who there 3 years ago, 10' from Pete, front row center... ears still not the same...

There are scads of tickets on craigslist from people who can't go, got sick ect.
I know a girl that made the paper camping out. Eeesh, not like first chair or something!

Nice thing about our center is tickets for members go on sale a week before the public and they send an email to tell you when. I have got front row or closer over and over again for Chris Isaac, Steely Dan, Eagles, Prince we were 6th center and lots of great shows in the main indoot theater. Hot Tuna, Dan Hicks, Richard Thompson and on and on...

Well that dude can sing. There was allot of stuff I hated, but the ballads were amazing. The crowd loved everything he did. Played nonstop for 2:55 minutes.

    Highlights- Rocket man!

    Daniel's song

I am sure she will have a good time! Good vibe with the crowd last night, great venue, palm trees, clear skies, 5000 people so not really a zoo for an outdoor show. Mom live on Maui?

I'm not a afraid to admit I'm an Elton fan. I celebrate the man's entire catalog.

Reggie's a great performer and piano player, without Bernie, he wouldn't be where is.

Good stuff. Tumbleweed Connection has been in the rotation recently and it kicks some ass.

Nothing wrong with a little Elton John. Bet that was a great show.
