Nice pic Marius. My guess is,
if from yesterday, then that would be dust from the Sahara Desert making that yellow color.
It rained here yesterday night, and the cars were covered with silt.Ski, Bike, Climb.

On Ripz' photo, obviously, the cloud was thirsty and getting a drink.

@teleal: friday evening. dont know about sahara-dust, but it didnt rain for 2-3 days so likely it's just smog from the innvalley. esp. the pics from Ibk by night turned out to be not clear at all.
@livinthedream: Achensee, Tirol. Strandhotel Entner. pretty damn nice beachlounge over there.

Anyone know of some of the bigger ski swaps in/around Switzerland? I have some skis that, while I really like them, would like to try something new. Figured most ski swaps would be coming up soon so....
Life is all about ass...either you are covering it,
kicking it, hauling it, kissing it, or trying to get it.

Weather is meant to get heavy again today and tomorrow. Might mean some cool sundowns.

it's a bit short on text, but right now I have to save the characters for the code I need to deliver ASAP. and you all know how expensive those characters are nowadays. cheers.~#at night the highway's diesel roar/speaks to me and tells me more/than any book I've ever read/or anything you've ever said#~

It's a nice place. Not sure it's the biggest bestest place ever over here,
but I certainly enjoyed a couple days there. Secluded for sure.
Of course, touring options may also be had, but I rarely tour, so don't know about that.
Where will you be located? Fixed or mobile?
Within 1 hour drive from, say Sion, you can find most anything over here.
Even the snow conditions will vary within an hour radius.
Life is full choices. Do you need to make one?Ski, Bike, Climb.
Resistence is futile.

I'm thinking of heading to Gulmarg, Kashmir for a couple of weeks winter - looking at early January. Is anybody else going to be out there around this time?
Cheers

Just made my season edit from last winter, and I hope we will get the same amounts of snow this year Maybe we could ski for the first time early October when it's dumping like last year in Hintertux!

Thought about Gulmarg last year but just couldn't pull the trigger.... Seems that the seasons there are becoming harder to predict with longer periods without snowfall, and a sketchy snowpack. Would love to hear from someone who has actually spent some time there.....

Verbier.ch has a ads section with a lot of rental offers. But, to be honest, it's pretty late....
