The home mountain was a crazy place today.. 70 and up to a meter in lee areas. Windy, cold and got started with a intense rain event round three AM. Goods where found between getting stuck up to your waist. Finished the day with pushing stuck cars and shoveling snow for 4 hours..
    Wild day

This is what it looked like here in the city. At lake level 400m a. S. L. 50km from the nearest mountain... 33cm in 24h. And the top 20cm were blower as well. I can't imagine how it's been up in them hills.

I've never seen that in 12 years.Click image for larger version.

really nice yesterday, we got a full day of sun a near klosters... we kept it super mellow with slope angle but the breaks were not to be overheard. Nothing slipped as too flat. No signs of wind there either. By the time we layed track and skied down it was not perfect blower anymore but still nice powder!
