Annual Jackson Trip 2011

Leaving a week from today. I'll be there from Feb. 4-9. Hopefully I can make some turns with some of you guys. I know Uglymoney is going to be out there. My buddy 1wsguy just got back from there.... had some great days.

The 5th, huh? Count me in for sure. We're staying right next door at The Inn at JH.

I'll seriously make an effort to bring some pasties this year!

Uh-oh... Well, it will be my wife and I, and we'll be away from our kids, so the chances that we'll be a sloppy mess or skiing is very high as well!

Cool! You might think about grabbing tickets when you arrive, i'm guessing it may well sell out, at $12.

I'll be there the 6th-14th for camp. Also at the Inn. Skiing on the 7th,and 8th, camp 9-12. I would like to meet up with some of you guys either for turns, or @ moose etc. Is there a night that you guys hang out, or meet up? I would not mind buying a few for collective for helping me out, or offering to help me out the last couple of years.

Thanks for the heads up on the Emmitt-Nershi show. We moved our trip up a day so we can see Drew and Billy. It's been awhile. See you at the Moose.

Cool Yoop. My digits haven't changed.

The jam band at the Moose on the 5th looks killer especially if mags show but I'll be on the end of a 1191 mile roll in with a ten month old girl, an eight year old superskier, a crazy aussie, and my wife in the Subaru so I'll have to check my blood caffeine levels when we arrive - and I'll need to ski Sunday morning. I might just need an injection of PBR though.

Good news is we skipped the usual Motel 6/Antler thing this year for a primo utopian spot in the village and we have arranged 24 hour a day babysitting services

plus a couple other Iowegian friends are flying in and most importantly Crazy Terry is still talking about coming up from CO especially if the side and bc is safe and good. Things always get completely out of hand when/if he shows.

On another note we're stashing the dogger at Rally's Pet Garage. The owners seem just the right amount of batshit crazy. My dog is crazy so that is important. Anybody know these girls?

I will be in Jackson with my brother too. Just a little earlier. Jan 30-Feb 5th. Looks like the Moose is pretty quite next week so probably will be looking to make our own fun. Staying at the Hostel if anyone wants to meet up or grab a beer at some point. Just PM me or post here.

I know the owner....not well though. She has her head on straight. I wouldn't worry too much about it. They seem to do a nice job. Clean place too.

I was going to make a thread but it seems better to just hijack this one slightly

A couple of friends and I are arriving on Feb 1 and staying for a Month at the Hostel also (we'll be the noisy kiwis). Definitely up for beer/socialising/turns if anyone is keen.

Ok.... change of plans.... I'm in San Diego on a business trip, and because of the midwest blizzard, I can't get home before I'm supposed to leave, so I'm flying direct from San Diego to Jackson a day early. I won't have my gear until my wife shows up on Friday night, but i'm up for some drinking! I'll be there Thursday at 9something.
