Crystal Opening Saturday!!!
Roll Call?Crystal Set To Open On Saturday!
Mother Nature kicked-in BIG time yesterday and last night...and the snow is STILL coming down!
In the past 24 hours, we have received 22" here in the base and 28" up in Green Valley, giving us a FOUR FOOT BASE. So that means just one thing, WE'RE OPENING! We'll We'll run Chinook Express, Discovery, Forest Queen, REX, and Green Valley from 9am to 4pm, lift tickets will be $40 Adult, $35 Youth. Yee Haww!

Depends on what the weather does on Friday (temps in the 50s!) but...I may be there.

If all goes well, I will be up Sunday to train with Paradise, but I will have time in the am before 10 or so and time in pm after 1 or so to go shred the gnar or, seeing as how the snow levels are iffy, swim with my skis on.

According to Stevens' web site they are now opening this Sunday "conditions permitting." It looks like they are still waiting to see what the next couple days do to their snowpack.
