It was kinda funny when I was sitting in the ski patrol office for skiing a closed line off the palisades (definitely wasn’t closed) with the head of ski patrol screaming at me telling me that “this is not unofficialsquaw, this isn’t squallywood, this is a ski resort with rules.” And then he went on to say that I would never ski at squaw again... which thankfully didn't happen. After that incident I almost could have bet on the GNAR athletes losing their passes after day 1. Glad to see that no one could stop the game of GNAR.
Just so you know, every time someone pulls stuff like that, we go one step closer to the days when chimney barely opened and china wall was perma-closed. Maybe you dont know any better but i'm pretty sure cushman knows whats open and whats closed. maybe youre right and it wasnt closed, but i doubt it

There's plenty of rad terrain thats open all the time, and there's plenty of ways to poach without pissing people off. but if they cant trust people to stay off the stuff thats in plain sight and is closed, thats when they have to get reactive and do stuff like close the sades entirely

dont mean to get all bitchy but it is what it is, and we have made a lot of progress toward shit getting more open, and i dont want to lose it

I am pretty sure I know the difference between what is open and closed. The box was closed that day. I made two turns in main chute and aired fall line off the center rock that divides main and the box.

    true story...
Does he know where dicks are located? Anatomically I mean?

Do those guys sitting around every morning stressing about picking up elbows?

And if a dick did in fact get ripped off, does he really think the owner would just take off thinking "ha! I'll let patrol clean up THAT one!!"

And now that I know this, where can I get literally a bag of dicks so I can drop a bunch of them all over mountain run. Like hundreds of them.

I'm just thinking hey, if they really did get calls from parents all scared little johnny might see a little willy, why not show them a field of willys beyond their wildest dreams. Then when they see the sun still sets and rises, and people still buy lift tickets, maybe they won't be so fucking stupid as to chase away the single most significant marketing opportunity they've had fall into their laps in decades.

Plus you know.....anyone who would actually say they're worried about dicks getting ripped off all over the place deserves a little ridicule.

I dare you type "cheap bulk dildos" into google.

You know, in a way it's good that the show got kicked out on the road. While GNAR hopefully would have spread anyway, having the whole crew go out and spread it in person is just that much better. Now we don't have to deal with GNAR purists that would have said it can only be played at Squallywood. That door was blown wide open.

There was pole whacking and shouts of "I'm gonna rip this shit" on the cornice of Wild Child at Loveland this afternoon. Chuckles were had by all.
    Thanks boys, truly inspirational.
