You can definetely pull those plates off and then fill the big ass holes. you need a star key and you "void" the warranty on the ski but it sounds like your effed anyways. I had to do this to a ton of those ski's (i wont get into details) so i know it will work. In fact, any other binding on earth is better than the ones that go on those plates so youre actually better off.
