    dude should have lowered the blade to the pavement then grind the steel deep as he could into that road.
    saved my own ass once using this method on a front loader slipping down a grade on hard pan. creeped back up by retracting arm and pushing bucket down, hydraulic juice spraying with each push.

    That plow truck in the first video just has a front plow. Most front plows just float (on shoes sometimes) and push snow off the road. Not used for cutting compact snow.

    It's a garbage truck with a plow on the front, watch again and see the wheels on both sides of the plow just rolling along.
