    I’ve always followed my mantra of “If you’re warm starting out, you’re over dressed”. This crossed over from winter cycling.

    Be bold, start cold.

    My winter layers are the same 90% of the time. I never find myself adding or removing layers unless shit is truly fucked. Only if it's around 10 degrees or colder do I find myself layering up.

    Mountain Equipment Eclipse + Dynafit Mezzalamma on top, hybrid pants on bottom. That's it.
