I came across this today as well. I'm in Anchorage and am willing to help in a transaction if needed...
That's a great deal! I've been skiing my 187 108s for the first time this weekend and if these are anything like them, they should be incredible. I'd be all over this if I didn't have other pow skis on the way...
Ya, there's a screaming deal on 108s in town here, but I can't convince myself to buy them... maybe if they were the 2011s with early rise.
I have the 2010s with no early rise and they rule. They have very little camber and ski like a flat camber ski, scrubbing speed and slarving easily. They rule in chop, plus you have the advantage of full edge contact when ripping carved turns. They have a relatively snappy flex and are far more forgiving and playful than the specs would let on, yet can charge when needed. Float is good too, though they're definitely not a pure pow ski.
If the deal is good, I would do it. You won't regret it.
Super tempted by these so I called up a couple of the riders to see what they thought of the ski and they confirmed my fears. Just too wide, especially for the coastal snow. Someone where its light and fluffy NEEDS to jump on these.
In Whistler there's a pair of new 09/10 108s in 195cm for $500 if anyone is interested.
I would take them. I sent the guy an e-mail. Let's see what happens.

Haha, I sent him a text an hour ago.... let's see.
Just heard about a pair of 128's new, never drilled, still in the plastic for sale. I think he wants $600. Send me a pm and I can put you in touch with the seller.

^^^ Where (just city or state)? Interested, but not enough to have them shipped.

Thanks for the info. Would love to get them, but dont need them enough to make it worth it. Someone should jump on these though!

Are these rockered at all, or just flat all the way through?
from the Kastle website:
The LOW CAMBER concept minimizes deep powder aggressiveness and provides a harmonious flex line in combination with EARLY RISE the ski pretension has been reduced to a minimum of 5 mm, enabling greater maneuverability in diverse snow conditions. the
slight rise of the shovel in front of the traditional contact point enables better floating. For the MX128 the EARLY RISE design starts at 400 mm. the length of the EARLY RISE zone, measured from the tip of the ski in the direction of the waist.
seems like a good wet coast 20cm + ski. If I didn't have to spend all my money on diapers, I'd be all over these...
