    Liquidating Squallywood Books, $5 each

Just letting everyone know, I'm liquidating Squallywood books so that I can make space for a new edition. Selling by the box (28 books) at $5 each. Then it's $19 to ship the box to your door. They're heavy. Feel free to buy them and turn them around and sell at retail ($25/book) at your local resort - could be a nice way to pay for your pass this year. Or give them away to 28 friends. Or save them and sell them on Ebay in 10 years for a profit. Anyway, certainly not trying to spam - I just want to put out a new edition to keep up with what's going on out there! They're at Squallywood.com if you are interested.

First 2010/11 KW TR will prominently feature "Candy Girl." Note it.

Depending how many you have, try fulfillment by Amazon. You should be able to clear more than $6/book. Oh, and ad an author blurb, would be cool to see

I wish I had a bunch of 1st editions but I only have 5 that are well tucked away. So yeah they're 2nd edition.

I would be into a few on a group buy.

I echo mc roon.....these are 2nd Edition, so you can work on a 3rd Edition?
EDIT - why do you wish you had 1st Editions? I thought 2nd was more full and complete. I have both on my shelf.

Squaw should jump on this and have it be part of Bay Area marketing plays.....surprised they havent take more interest in this book, it is the ultimate marketing tool for them.

Related topic, Robb have you met Andy Wirth? I only hope he has had lunch with you and Scott......that is the best way he can figure out what to do for Squaw.

    best book ever!

i was just thinking how if i was in real estate and did ski rentals in the valley, i'd buy a box and put one in every unit i rented. for those prices you could tell people they could keep them!

Are they really going for $1000 each now? Amazon and eBay have it listed at that price.

    Liquidating Squallywood Books, $5 each

I got real excited when I saw the title of this thread haha, would love a copy for myself. Ironic he mentioned selling them for a profit in ten years too.

OldTimer was Robb Gaffney, Rest in Peace. Hopefully he’s up there skiing lines we can only dream of here. His son Noah is killing it at Palisades and elsewhere these days, carrying the torch on
