Seeking Food Rec: Calistoga, CA- where's good for a yummy lunch?

Heading up to run a 10k tomorrow morning in Bothe-Napa state park and seeking lunch recommendations for yummy lunch in or around Calistoga.

I'm a little overwhelmed by all the options, choices and recommendations on chowhound.... search over there pulled up about 20 pages of threads.

Any of you Cali peeps narrow it down for me?

We have a fun day planned of running the race, then lunch and wine, then massages, mudbaths and hot springs

    Thank you thank you!

Think I answered my own question, leaning towards Cindy's Backstreet kitchen.

    thanks!

Last time I went to Cindy's (May) it was pretty average, sadly. If you want low-key in St. Helena, check out Cook's on the Main drag. AWESOME pasta. Far, but if you are heading back to the City, Barber's-Q in Napa is awesome-perfect foil for an afternoon of wine tasting.

Just a heads up that a girl friend of mine got a nasty infection in her nether regions from the Calistoga mud baths, so be careful.

Mustards Grill on 29 is about 15 miles away. Ad Hoc in Yountville is a couple more....but Ad Hoc may not do lunch

I love this little place in Yountsville:

Ask for the bargain mystery pitcher of wine.
    Daniel Ortega eats here.
