Yeah, seems like a simple binding cover would be enough for most trips. Places like Silverton that are on a muddy dirt road I can just put the skis inside I guess. I'd really like a box mounted on the back but haven't figured out a way to do that w/o blocking other necessary things like brake lights.

If you are interested in a Class C this is a very good deal. Low mileage, no slides and not too long for slippery roads. I have owned an identical unit for 20 years and they are the best winter RV you can buy, even as good as a Bigfoot.

I'm at TSV this season working weekends. Dunfree pulled a few strings got me a sewer cleaner job. Will be getting a wolf Creek pass so when TSV 's season total is 84" and wolf is 284" I'll be able to retain some semblance of sanity.
See you in the lot whip.

Good to know man thx. I'll probably just buy a full pass and ski there a bunch. They don't do a midweek? We'll have to make some turns

Anyone using or considering a starlink mini antenna/Roam subscription for their rv or van?

Elon just endorsed Kamala so no qualms there.
Know of a pair of Fischer Ranger 107Ti 189s (new or used) for sale? PM me.

Don't you have to have a main starkink subscription?

That was the initial unveiling but now it’s available to anyone. From the articles I’ve read anyway.

Neat. I'll certainly look into one at some point. My 50g a mo of hotspot is fine and included in my 75$ a month unlimited plan.

300$ for the equipment and 50$ a month. Id jump on it if I needed it. I'm in cell service 95% of the time but it's cheap for those "head out to nowhereville for a week" trips.

Huh? Musk has endorsed the orange fascist, which is plenty to keep me from spending any money on Starlink (even though it's clearly the best tech).

Shameless Plug but I did just switch to the starlink mini from the full-size gen3 dish and am selling my old dish for cheapish. This is not compatible with the $50 limited plan at this time though, have to get the $150 full roam plan or $120 residential https://forum.gofastcampers.com/t/fs...essories/29130

I like the lower power draw of the new mini, the full size did get better speeds in spots though.

So tell us more…you just using the mini as a true portable or is it mounted on your vehicle? Pics?
