Wow. Any chance you could put a tray for Digital Death’s mom and her rascal on the front bumper to balance that thing out?

SVS, I suggest you get some helper springs or airbags, it will make things a lot safer.

We've got a Promaster too, 2014 which might have been the first year they sold them here. Seats are definitely high, we've got them both slammed as low as they'll go. With the swivel on the passenger it still feels high even in the low setting. Headliner is low too, I think tall people would be scrunching down to look at the road below it. Even at 5'8 I've got to raise the sun visor at traffic lights.
We went with a low roof as I needed a usable roof rack for ladders/lumber and we're short. Still get 5'5 of head room. Build out has a bed (wide enough we can sleep cross wise), propane furnace, propane stove, plug in cooler, bench seat, solar and backup battery, spray foam insulation. I don't think it adds much weight relative to the van itself and its 5000 lb payload capacity.
FWD with snow tires works great for a daily driver, although I can't imagine running them year round. Quieter and better mileage on the summer tires, and we put most of our miles on in the summer.

Also...
Can't tell what kind of tires on there so maybe you're already good, but get a rear axle weight and compare to tire's max load.
And keep in mind 99% of Googleable anecdotes about how someone has safely hauled a heavy camper thousands of miles on such and such tire come from boring old people driving slowly on flat freeways.

There was a whole group of these on the Wheeler Peak Scenic road today. (It's paved...) Maybe company testing?Attachment 340924

I seen'd it!
Looks like some rusty undercarriage but nothing that a weekend and a couple of buckets of POR15 couldn't handle. Unfortunately Im out of the game until maybe the new year. Go buy it!
Mind shopping these rigs is a favorite time waster of mine and I like to drop them here for the teams review and potential capture.
Lots of value in the 2wd van game right now.

It’s a unicorn for sure. I’d say it’s a poor man’s sportsmobile or synchro westy but not for the actual poor man.
