Having driven a Promaster and now owning a (non-awd) transit, you’re going to love driving it.

Yeah, but class b or c, you can take a nap in the back while the wife drives, and she can make lunch while you drive,
and if Rugrats are involved, they can be more than two feet away from your ears for hours at a time while driving.
All Big wins in my book.

Ah, yet again TGR delivers with stereotypical misogynistic "humor"(?) This time that women are bad drivers.
Sorry to those who may have married poorly...?
Or are most here single because the way many of you discuss women shows a dearth of understanding and respect for them.
I loved sharing the driving with the Mrs...
Nice naps, game time with the kiddos, reading, peaceful time in the crapper....
Yeah, I still do 80% of the driving by choice because she is better at taking care of the kids and feeding me snacks while I drive versus vice versa.

Why? Am I making a sexist generalization about my wife?
Given my ways, I eat like shit on the road. Processed foods, bags of crap, ok with some fast food.
She is a heath food nut, tons of fresh fruit and vegetables. She loves to prepare food, I don't,
that's the reality of our partnership, not some stereotypical swipe at women in general.
Nice try though.

I'm confused as to their business plan there. Are they buying super low mileage vans and then outfitting them with their parts? Or are they buying new vans and putting 3k miles on them when they install their parts? Or is that a one off type sale for a demo vehicle or something like that?
Looks super nice though and the price doesn't seem bad.powdork.com - new and improved, with 20% more dork.

It’s a demo van. Hence all the van compass mods on there.
I’ve seen the 2” lift awd transits, it’s a nice setup especially with the modified rear shock mounts to increase clearance.

Ok, this has probably been asked/answered lots of times, but I’m getting a bit frustrated. I got a diesel truck with an 8’ bed, and I’m looking for a camper. I want it to be roughly 8’ long, no rear overhang so I can put the moto on the hitch rack or hook up the sled trailer without any hitch extensions. I’d also like to keep the weight moderate or even light. I certainly don’t want a bathroom or anything else heavy and complicated. Why is this so hard to find? Everything has big overhangs and is heavy.
I’m also trying to spend less than 6k or so. Stuff has gone by here and there, but overall seems like a hole in the used market. Any brands/models i should be looking for? I’d love a Bigfoot or Northern Lite as I’m only using it during winter, but those are all gigantic.
