No douche-woosh needed. I don't want to play pedantic patty cake with you, or anyone really on what qualifies as hypocritical, what doesn't, based on some random dude with a sticker that drives by us in a certain type of vehicle that is not powered by granola and that a person I will never meet or know.

Displaying my total ignorance what is "POW" anyway? Is it strictly an American thing and hasn't migrated to Canada

"Does this Sprinter make my trust fund look big?"
-or-
"Does my trust fund make this Sprinter look big?"
I can't remember which... maybe both?

It's all very confusing...
Some younger folks that I talk to express that buying a $1mil+ house is out of reach so a $200k van and working remotely is their viable option.
Other folks have a $200k van parked at their $1mil+ house bought with fuck you money.
Never can tell until you meet them on the road. Most seem nice. Shrug

Haha, muted afterbirth has a POW sticker. The only way we can protect our winters is for us to die

yeah judging people is what we are all good at
judge people by their stickers what kind of house they live in and what kind of sprinter they drive
i'd might trade my van with someone for things other people have that I don't, maybe, then some of the things I want aren't tangible items that you buy to make yourself feel good
somepeople think I'm an asshole some people think I'm a good guy
do I care what people think? no

Sorry, my point was more rhetorical. It was argued that this climate advocacy organization basically doesn't have a position on what personal transportation choices people make, to which I say bullshit. The stupid stickers are prime example of "buying grace". Donate to Greenpeace then go club all the baby seals you want. Because you've already demonstrated that you're an upstanding citizen concerned with the environment.
Someone else mentioned, and I agree, there are variants of full-time vanlifers that probably have a smaller carbon footprint than you or I. Puts a fundamental limit on consumption as a lifestyle, which is the real problem. That and factory farming.
/Rant, back to our regularly scheduled programing.
^^ so legit. The camper definitely needs some knock-off decals though. Something like "Hairstream", or "Airstram"

I’m pretty sure you can sport the sticker and not be a member. I’m anything but little.
I used to judge people by their behavior but increasingly it’s pretty easy to get a handle on someone because their image and possessions are tied to their identity.

Ski RV's, who's sleeping in parking lots?
I am lazy. Never been called a fool. If you read my post it’s clear what I meant. It’s pretty easy to have a general idea what a person is like these days because gear, fashion and vehicles are a huge part of their identity. I won’t judge if they’re a good person or not just how they identify and what they’re priorities are. They’re literally advertising it.
You might be to self absorbed to make these observations. I’m not judging you though.
