That's easy man. Inflate the dolls with hydrogen and rig a detonator of some sort. Release them and as they start rising 'Judge' them and detonate. Tether them with spools of 24ga. telephone wire to control their rise and connect it to a model rocket igniter. Maybe give a couple a good long run like they have a chance of making it and build some drama. Bonus points if the trigger man dresses like St. Paul.
