As I sat at a restaurant this evening I watched 4 different Grub Hub drivers pick up take out for people within less than 10 minutes. It’s like we’re so fat and lazy we are outsourcing our feedings because it just takes too much effort to get food yourself. The fattening Is only getting worse.

I spent 3 hrs in the Houston airport last week and felt sick at the percentage of people who are obese. How do people allow themselves to become so fat? When did obesity become a handicap? There's a bit of chicken<-->egg happening here. It's well documented that restaurant meals have a lot more calories than home-cooked meals, and people eat out far more than they used to. So, at least in part, people get fat because they don't cook for themselves, which leads to more eating out because cooking for themselves now takes even more time and energy. Vicious cycle.
