    Lame.
    Video has been removed.

It was a cool ski dog sliding down a green run on purpose.
Looked like he was on the job before/after lifts opeining; was wearing his working red jacket/backack.
Started out on his on his stomach kicking his hind legs to get up to speed, then rolls onto his back/backpack and is just glissading down the run.
(His human was closeby and watching, but the doggo was definitely under control).

    You've heard of a dog..
    You've heard of a sled.
    and a dog sled
    and a sled dog
    but a sledding dog?!?

Pupper was having a ghood time.

My dog does this all the time! He's done it since he was a puppy.

    We laugh so hard.

And it's not just on hardpacked tobogganing hills. In powder, he gets a running start and then jumps into a downhill section and rolls onto his back to slide as far as he can.

Because of it, when people ask what breed he is, we say he's part German Shepard, part Husky, and part Toboggan. A reckless toboggan.

Good to know he's not the only one.

My old elkhound/shepherd would do this over and over, pretty much the whole way down Glory on Teton Pass. Everyone got a big kick out of it.

Like the comments say, you really have to turn your phone upside down to watch that. Trippy. And I've never seen a pond freeze solid enough for that around here AND be that smooth. The ice is ALWAYS bumpy or has seams. It has gotta be fake.

There’s a thin layer of meltwater on top of the ice and no wind at all.
