He should have stopped moving. There was something wrong with that cat, malnutrition and maybe a juvenile.
My one close encounter with a cat it was way bigger and more threatening. It was terrifying but my dog got into it with him and I armed myself with a big branch and screamed my head off.
I’m not sure I would think of videoing it.
