    Yup! We buy local farm milk. Tastes unreal, but it's also rad because it's easy to make butter and cheese from it too. Can't do THAT with the ultra-homogenized, super-pasteurized crap from the store. Don't get me wrong. I understand why they have to do that for mass production/distribution, but geez. I'm spoiled. No going back once you have access to the real stuff.

    Pasteurization of milk was a major player in doubling the life expectancy of Americans between 1920 and 2020, most notably before everyone had refrigerators and the milk spoiled on it's way to distribution in cities. It was especially responsible for infant deaths. But what really counted in doubling our lifespans was....wait for it....the smallpox vaccine, among others.

    Warning: avoid the UV irradiated shit (weak sauce), only consume stuff that's certified gamma irradiated.
