If the romex jacket labels are correct that install is 95% legit from what I can actually see. That is if the thhn in the emt is derated correctly.

The only real wtf I see is the bare gnd wire looped around the cover screw at lower left of box, prolly easy fix.
Looks like something got remodeled and sparky cut existing emt, put in jbox and extended ckts with romex in pvc sleeves, or ran new emt to meet existing romex ckts. Not atypical in a remodel.
Splices look good with non-HD wire nuts. You're lucky they didn't stuff everything into a 6"x6"x6" jbox and leave 2" of wire for each splice.
It'll look nice and neat with the cover on.

If you can find a make and model your local electrical supply house may be able to find it. If not it would not be difficult for you or your EC to make one.
