[QUOTE=arewolfe;3001468]ML - Might be up for that depending on cost of lift ticket. What about an early season meet during the first snow? Pros: free, no crowds. Cons: short notice.

Lift ticket at Burke is half price with your Jay season pass. As kingdom tele pointed out -Early season at Burke usually means lapping high speed groomers unless they have a couple of big early storms and are able to get some of the natural trails open on skier's right.

THAT MANY?! man it's getting busy there. i've always said that 6 inches of new at burke blows away 12 inches at jay. used to ski every tues-thurs there and if it snowed more than 4 inches and nothing was groomed, the same group of 4 retirees from connecticut would stay home and snowblow their driveways. if the 4 retirees didn't show up, my girl and i would set up the picnic benches at mid burke lodge, grab a coffee and wait alone for 1st chair to load. classic. never a bad day at burke.

True. Skiing at Burke is generally kick ass. Especially if a decent storm has just come through. Great place to learn to ski also. The only downside is the slowest lift in history from mid-Burke to the summit plus Jay offers TONS more variety / terrain / natural snow.

Unexpected purchase on Tramdock this morning is forcing this sale. Strongly prefer local pick up or hand-delivery at Ullrfest so posting here for you folks.

Potential interest. PM me with weekend warrior rates?

    And I sort of want your skis. I don't need 190s and 183s though, do I ?

victory at sea. a mess. hopefully will clean up before too long.

cape time was all about getting new tenants in, paperwork signed, fixing shit, and changing filters for winter.

got a great (hard) mtb ride in with a racer bud down there, and chilled with fam for the rest of it.

swung through cambridge tonight on way home to cowhampshire and had drinks with my bro drew, lange girl (east), and sister. good times. hehe

    tweeter!

the good surf season is almost here. can't wait to get the heavy rubber on and kiss the crowds good bye!
