    At least this time of year most people have thinned out. i remember quite a few years ago watching the crazy asian guy that was always there with his spinning rig and a bucket full of big browns, catch his limit and go home for dinner. appreciate the offer, always nice to meet like-minded folks. if ya see an old brown toyota pickup with topper and siberian husky around the river say hello

    Nothing super exciting about this little guy cept some nice wild coloring and the dry fly fishing is good here still in the North Vt indian summer. Going to swing some streamers tomorrow with l8apx and akok hoping something bigger comes up.

    Going to hit this river, where guy I know landed this buck a few days ago

    As much as I love the native brookies, I'll always have a soft spot in my heart for the rough and tough ways of the browns

    Biggest VT fish thus far and definite fish of the year for me (granted, I've really been enjoying the small stream funk, but nonetheless...)
