We tweaked it a bit mid-day, because yesterday's coding totally disabled the search function within the PolyAss forum, and we all know how catastrophic it would be if DBT couldn't search 'conservative'. So as i understand it, the way it sits presently, is that polyass does not show up using the 'new posts' button, but is included in any search on either the main search box in the top right corner, or any search within the polyass forum. In tapatalk it isn't new posts it is called latest and the forum still shows up in that search. I don't mind personally but if people start using it they may notice and complain.

I'd like to think that my "Occupy Polyasshat" post played a nano-part in this pozitive turn of events. Even though he deleted my posts, at the very least it PO'd MADMESS. And SFB took to posting the NSFW there after. I'm not crowing -- just saying occupation, persistence, etc., can have an impact for us New Posts users that didn't want the anti-stoke there.
The last I looked at the Forums page, PAH was under 100 peeps and ski/board was 3,000. That sounds about right. I have no problems with a PAH forum on TGR, but just 1% f'd it up for the rest. You know who you are.Sometimes pride comes after a fall.

I don't know if it's just me; but Pollyasshat posts still comes up when I refresh using 'new post' button 8 out of 10 times
I've emptied my cookie cache, and I've been doing my best to ignore the shitshow, which is easy with the season underway, but is there a long-term solution other then shooting myself in the face?
edit to add: it seems like if I push 'new post' when in a sub-forum (S/S, SR, SW etc) then PA is excluded and sez so on the top. However, left to my own devices hitting the "new post" to refresh the page like a lab rat on crack it includes the anti-stoke on the front page almost all the time. Hope that helps... Thank you so much. I know it seemed like a whiny ass complaint, but it does make a difference.
Now, it is like the old days where the "new posts" search brings a page of STOKE and not a page of the same lame assholes debating the same lame red state blue state asshattery.
The last few weeks I found myself looking at the forum more often (having just about dropped out), and some of that is the return of ski season, but the other is that the refresh button brings a clean page of ski talk, with the occasional porn chatter.
Something was different, but it took me a few weeks out figure it out.
It really is better.
